Welcome
This course develops a listening process: identify the speaker’s purpose, follow changes, and connect supporting details to the main idea. It covers Listen and Choose a Response, Listen to a Conversation, Listen to an Announcement, and Listen to an Academic Talk.
Playback and assessment status
The two native quizzes and the separate answer-free L-AUDIO-01 through L-AUDIO-07 stimulus video are saved, and the video is assigned to the Listening assessment audio lesson. Protected delivery is configured as enabled. Learner playback and paid-access testing remain pending. The Lesson 04 teaching video includes transcripts and answer review; it must not substitute for answer-free assessment audio. The course is published; protected audio playback, paid student access, and grading tests remain pending. Lesson examples remain ungraded self-study. The official Listening section is adaptive. This course’s activities are fixed and non-adaptive. No official score, score conversion, or performance prediction is offered.
How to study
Work through the strategies, attempt the guided examples, and then try the mixed practice under one clearly recorded condition. First listening attempts should precede transcript review. Use replays for learning and a fresh item to check transfer.
